Its my first time to integrate the Avaya Voice Portal to the Avaya CM, however i dont have any idea how does CM and AVP communicate. I have documents how to create agents, stations and skill but i didnt mention how to connect to the AVP.
Is it via IP Trunk? or what? and how does it work? If it is ip trunk what is my far-end when i create a signaling?
