CM 5.2 and CMM

I have setup CMM a dozen or so times now. This is the first S8800 that i'm doing. CMM will answer 1 call and then all the channels in the vm monitor show Foos. After about 30 seconds or so they'll come back to inserv and CMM will answer another call. It's driving me nuts. Has anyone experienced this?
