Does anyone know of the interaction between CM 2.0 call center rel 11 and how the variables work (OR NOT WORK) with CentreVu v11?
I have a vendor telling me that even if I upgrade my PBX & Call Center software I stil need to go from CMS v11 to CMS v12.
I guess I'm trying to figure out what impact the new "variables" in vectors will have on reports. Will CMS run reports based solely on those varialbes?
If not, and I don't use visual vectors nor do I program my vectors via CMS, why should I worry about them not showing up in CentreVU v11?
