Any suggestions on why a CLS release 8.8 keeps freezing up-checked memory, replaced hard drive...what else can I do?

cls KEEPS FREEZING UP

Check server processes and viewing handles might give some clues. Might be that SQL is chewing up all your memory, quick fix is to put a limit on amount of memory it can use.
If it is a CLS issue you may see handles of one of the processes creep up over time, what SP are you on?
