Closing AutoPreview is easy enough....

....keeping it closed is proving to be a problem.

I have a user that I just installed Office XP Pro on. I turned off the AutoPreview, but every time she opens Outlook up it's back on. Turn it off, close the program, open the program later, back on again, and on, and on, and on, and on she goes....

Anyone ever seen this before? My only thoughts are to get the latest service packs or reinstall Office....
