Clone Windows CE 5.0 Mobile Device

We are preparing to deploy several barcode scanners through out our company. We are using a symbol 3090 mobile computer running windows CE 5.0. I have setup one device with the configuration we wish to use on all our devices. Does anyone know of an app or a way to clone this device so we can make deployment quick and easy?

What I use is "WinCE CAB Manager" from OCP software:

http://www.ocpsoftware.com/

You can create an install file (CAB) to copy to the devices and run it on each device. I have used it for several years and am quite pleased with it.
