Clock on taskbar appears to freeze, until clicked.

I manage a network of 120+ NT4 sp6a workstations and just one machine appears to have a problem with the clock on the taskbar.

The time appears to freeze, however all other applications work fine and the machine functions normally. If you click on the clock, then it springs back to life and updates again, however it won't continuously update, as it should.

I have tried updating the video drivers (Matrox) as I thought this could be the issue, but this has not resolved it.

Any suggestions
