Anyone had this problem? I have a mini carrier remote off of an 81c running release 3.0. At the remote site there are agents using 2216 sets. The time on the display is correct until the agent logs in and then the time starts to wander. All the agent sets working off the mini carrier now display a different time depending on what time they log in. Disconnecting and reconnecting the set is a temporary fix.

Is there a digital card in the first slot and is there a set on port 0. There is a bulletin on this from years ago.

Artificial Intelligence Is No Match for Natural Stupidity.

The latest survey shows that 3 out of 4 people make up 75% of the population.

The original point and click interface was a Smith & Wesson.

Red meat is not bad for you, it is the green fuzzy meat that is bad.

Thanks for the reply my friend..there is a digital card in the first slot and something programmed on slot 0. Should i remove the programming on that tn?

No I will look for the bulletin.

Ok thanks...I will look on the Nortel website as well..couldn't find it in the solutions but i will check for bulletins.

is each phone on the remote showing a slightly different time?? I had to get a chip from Telecom Strategies, each set was different, some up to 5 minutes off.

Yes the time was different on each set. Depending on when the agent logged into their set

The chip that I added was to the remote carrier card, it was right behind the faceplate on the right side, dead middle! If you don't have anything plugged in there, I'd call the vendor and they'll have to get Nortel to get you one! Did you find a patch?

Ok thanks for that..no I did'nt find a patch. i have a case open eith Nortel but they are not very quick to respond these days.

When shadow of wet duck fall on log..time out for beaver
