Clock is in Free Run

I am having a DTA019 Problem on my switch and heard that I should check the clock and it shouldn't be in Free Run. Well, it is, how do I switch my clock from Free Run?

I'm guess I'm set up right. My Primary clock is assigned to 1, which is my loop# and the Secondary is set to "Free Run". Am I reading this right?

Yep
so in 60 "ssck 0" if it is in free run then "trck pck" as above then recheck if it gave you a DTI error then post that.
