Cll Pilot 200i dongle

Should this be hanging out f the card somewhere? I need the id# for upgrade but not exactly sure what I am looking for.

It looks like a CMOS battery, on the motherboard, under the daughterboard.

Possibly the info you need is in the System Information utility? Or, pull the PBX TID and run it thru KRS and then select the CP from the dropdown; should give you all the info you need there too?

Why not run the config wiz and read the serial number from there?

The 200I did not have a dongle. Didn't have them until the 201. Look under system information I think

The dongle for a 200I server is located under the daughter board..... a miserable thing to get to.

The 200I as I remember it had an optional C-Lan interface.
