When I use in program command RUN arj.exe+param
arj.exe starts to work but then ends with message
out of memory.
How to increase memory?
I 've tried overlays, changing files and buffers in
config.sys but nothing helps.

may be a fix with the linker you are using. Blinker has its own swap command to call that is easier on the memory.
Regardless of which linker you are using, you may look into how your files are overlayed and get as much into dynamic overlayed files as possible.
One last consideration would be to examine the amount of convential memory available on the PC you are using and load into upper memory all that you can.
Good luck

If you are in Windows try running the START command, do a START /? for syntax.
