Clients can not login-Windows Server 2003

This seems to happen from time to time from what I am told (I am new at this place). All of a sudden if you logoff and try to log back in you cant. I have tried restarting the NetLogon Service and DNS. Still have the same issue. The clients DNS are pointing to the correct servers.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you know what error message they are getting? Also check the event logs on the server and pc. The more info you can supply then it makes helping easier.
