client system visible in AD but network path not found?

I have 2 problem system that are visible on the AD network. However, when I try to manage the computers, it says "Computer \\Name.domain cannot be managed. The network path was not found." I am having this same problem on only 2 different systems. I am able to ping both systems. I am not, however, able to search for one of the systems using the standard search for computer. The other one is found but it again says that the network path was not found. What is going on here?
