Client Printer

Hi all,

we are having issues with client printer port,
we are trying to print labels with a java program, this program needs to print in knowed port, but what are the correct name of port?
Printer is in a local client, the Citrix autocreate printer, then, I'm using Client\nameclient#\printername as a port name, but the program returns cannot locate printer.

Can you print using other programs?

Yes, but this program use a txt file.
Into this file (for configuration) has Printer= \\cilent\pcname#\printername.

The others programs are standards programs.

P.S: The printer on client is not shared.

So its only from this one program? Have you contacted tech support for the program?
