Client Modem in Citrix

How do I use (Share)a modem on a client PC within Citrix? various users will be using a piece of software that has to use the modem to connect.

You won't be able to share the modem from the user's machine. It is preferable that you have a pool of modems setup on the Citrix server in order to accomodate your application.
