CLID starting with an H on a CS1k

i support a cs1000 for a school system. this is a 5.5 level. the main switch is at the board office and there are several school locations. there are several 1.5 srg's (200/400), and there are 5 or 6 bcm 200/400 and one new bcm 450.
my problem is the school administrator noticed that there is an H in front of the incalling number for the bcm's. example: ext. 2500 says H2500. she wants the H gone. i can't find a solution. i have changed the first display to name, looked for patches etc.
i explained i thought it was going over the h323 voip and was the designator so to speak
any ideas on how to get the H out of there.

Don't think you can. Its been that way well before ip trunks.

I have more or less the same issue (see thread798-1580048) but the call is coming from a 3rd. party server using SIP.

Please post the solution when found...

What you need to do is to access "pdt" to enable plugin 14. You do this by entering ple 14 c/r. I've listed the plugings for 5.5 below, but the earlier plugins were present from V25.15.

if you are in the US, you can not use the plugins but Nortel does have a patch to remove the "H" but they will charge you for it.
