CLID on BT Compact Plus (CICS)

I have a BT Norstar Compact Plus, which I believe is a rebadged CICS (BT are UK Norstar distributer). I am trying to get caller display working. I have 2 analogue lines with Caller Display from BT, and a VoIP line passing through a Cisco ATA186 adapter. None of these lines display caller. F811 just displays Line00x.

Analogue card is NTBB30AF-93 Rel 01
Software is Compact Plus SW Cartridge SW v5.10 1999/12

Can anyone help?

The compact + will do caller ID but not with the analogue card (NTBB30AF) you will need NTBB30AAAA (this card will fit into a compact + and the bigger 0+32. I hope thats of some help

Thanks for the info. I've heard there are problems displaying caller id on all handsets without doing F811. Is this the case, or do I need later s/w, if so, what version. Thanks in advance.

OK, I've part-ex'd my old NTBB30AF for a NTBB30AAAA. Caller ID still not working, but now I have another problem as well. If the lines are configured for tone dialling, I can't break dial tone. If set for pulse, I can dial normally.

Tone dialling enabled on lines, and were working fine with the older NTBB30AF card.
