Hi Guys

Recently upgraded option 61c from 25.15 to 4.5.
All is fine apart from an issue with CLID,
A call is made into the switchboard on the upgraded 61c the clid (ie my mobile no. is shown on the console display, if the call is then transfered over a Q931 circuit to another option 61c all that is shown on the display at the remote site is the route/trunk info. (If the call is transferred from the switch to a local extn on that switch the CLID is passed ok)
nb it used to work prior to the upgrade .

Any ideas appreciated

post the route that is dropping the clid

Hi DEP lists are installed. I found the problem. The DASS Routes had LID set to 0 ie not sending CLID. Changed LID to 1 so now i/c calls on the DASS routes now pass the CLID over onto the Q931 Circuits. As part of the upgrade the NTAK35 DASS/DDSL cards had to be changed for NT6D11 DCHI cards. The original cards had no interaction with the LID prompt so the CLID was just sent anyway (even though LID was set to 0.(not to pass CLID) However the later NT6D11 cards did interact with the LID prompt hence stopping the CLID being passed.
Many thanks for your help anyway
