I have acd telephones which have a private dn on key 3 and phantom on key 4. When you call outside of the pbx the CLID comes up correct from the primary dn but when you call outside of the pbx on the phantom line it reports out another number.
ex.

KEY 00 ACD 5479 0 8184
01 NRD
02 02 DWC 5479
03 SCR 5462 9 MARP
04 SCR 2462 D MARP

The CLID reports the 800 number which is set up on the CLID table as a 9 but when you call from key 4 it reports a local number with a dn of 0200. I printed the 0200 number and it shows its an LDN. I want the phantom line to report the 800 number as well. All acd telephones in that group does the same thing.

Try programming your key 4 "KEY 4 SCR 2462 9
