When I call out, the number displayed is +73284675171 ( last 4 digits are the dn calling )
I want it to display 7707328467 for 911 calls and 6784010818 to the person I am calling. What am I doing wrong?

Ths might get it, you will have to test. sometimes I leave HNTN black and put the NPA in front of the number on HLCL

Have you turned on the dchannel messaging and watched a call to see what you are sending to the CO?

Your DCH will confirm this, but from what I see above here is something else to check.

Do you have ESA [!]properly [/!]configured? Without ESA the ESA entries will not be used.

Even with ESA configured, you need to make sure 911 as an SPN is configured and pointed to an RLI that does an LTERM. If it is pointed to a route, then only 911 gets ESA treatment, 9-911 does not.

Pointing the SPN 911 to a RLI and using LTERM sends the call back and is picked up as 911 and ESA kicks in.

VERY common mistake I find in the field.
