Clicking on hyperlink hides Excel workbook.

I have an Excel 97 workbook with hyperlinks in it. When I click on one of them and Internet Explorer fires up, my workbook becomes hidden. Anyone know why?

The IE window is moved to the front. You should still be able to view Excel, just click it's button on the task bar, or ALT+TAB.

It physically hides the workbook in Excel. I can click Window-->Unhide to view it again.
