A Time and Materials customer of mine just upgraded their local T1 to a PRI and ever since the far end hears a clicking noise every 13 seconds. It doesn't matter if the call originates from here or the call comes in from the outside. The network event log shows event 327-00 happened 255 times yesterday and the same today. I believe this is running on 6.1 system version is 30CQE06 NAT. MCI says they see errored seconds on the span ,but last night ran all their test patterns with no errors of course.

327 - slips
as hawks said clock shd be primary if it is the only span you got
were there any alarms in the 4x series
try changing the services/combo card

Well unfortunatly I didn't install this, but it is not the only span there is a point to point to Tuscumbia Al. I'm in Memphis ( I'll say hello to Elvis for everybody) I had a 44-0 but that was back on the 20th.323s,325s and the 327s. With the errors coming like clock work every 13 seconds it is perplexing.Shouldn't the point to point have control of the clocking

No you want to clock off of the carrier and not yourself.
