Click to Dial Outlook

I have a customer thats getting upgraded IP Off V2 at the end of the month to 9.1 from 6.0. They are also getting vmail pro installed on a new application server. Currently they use phone manager at this site and also use the click to dial via their outlook contacts.
They are aware that phone manager is not supported on the new software but asked if its still possible to have click to dial from their outlook contacts. They haven’t purchased any one x portal licences so just wondered what there options would be to still have their click to dial working via outlook.

Click to dial is still possible. It is done via TAPI just the same way
