Click to call software with tapi free

hi everyone,
any of you know a free software to make the click to call using tapi?
I used SmartCallMonitor with windows xp with windows 7 and it worked but I do not work anymore does not give me the option to select the line tapi.

On Win7 can you select the line TAPI using dialer.exe?
Start > Run > dialer.exe

If it's not visible it's not installed correctly, it's just a .exe/installer to run so not sure how we can help with that going wrong. Unless of course you haven't tried even installing it, in which case do so (TAPI2 not TAPI3)

I really don't understand, almost every customer wants TAPI and I have to install it on every customer PC (thank you sales guys ) on every possible Win OS and it hardly ever fail.
1 Log in as local Administrator ( not a domain admin )
2 disable user accounts before setup
3 run as administrator ( yes you are logged in as administrator but still use the option )
4 either fill in the IP Office IP address and pick a user or skip to enter it later in configuration panle > telephone and modem options, 3th tab
4 enable user accounts if it was enabled before
5 reboot the darn PC and login as local administrator, wait for TAPI to complete
6 run dialer.exe and select the Avaya line if preconfigurated otherwise config the TAPI line now
7 if dialer.exe works then reboot PC
8 log in with the user account and if possible run dialer again
9 select the lin in the app

Hello,

I can suggest that you use the IP Office TAPI driver (unfortunately you will need to install it on any PC. I have build it at the customer and I use a free ware for hotkey dialing etc... It works pretty well.

I do not know but it does not work are really unlucky!
I tried it on pc:
win 7 pro 32 bit under domain
win 7 pro 64 bit under domain
win 7 pro 32 bit not under domain
win 7 pro 64 bit not under domain
it is probable that an update microsoft have blocked the line tapi??

Which version of tapi are you trying to install?

Go to start > control panel > Phone and Modem > advanced tab.

Then click ADD and select Avaya IP Office Tapi 2

Uninstall reboot and reinstall until you get it. Redownload the user disk from support.avaya.com

I get the best results when using the Extension Number instead of the User Name.
And in the latest releases you need a password, I forgot if it is the User Password or the System Password (the one you need to do an upgrade or use System Monitor).

are really unlucky and I do not know what to do anymore!
I this problem occurs in these months because in February I installed it with no problems and it worked properly.
I found a software that gives me the list of active lines on my pc and as you can see the line tapi does not see it and from that error.
I asked myself that some of you have installed the software these days TAPI2 on a windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit updated today ??

The TAPI ( *.tsp file ) driver is removed:
TAPI2 error code: 0x80000043 (dwMessageID = 0x0000e043) = The service provider was removed
maybe you virus software doesn't like or allow the .tsp file to be copied/installed in the %system% folder so TAPI was installed but the .tsp file is missing.

Do you think missing files?
I have try delete all file and reinstall TAP 2 and this method has return all file in the image.

and copy/past the TAPI.dll in C:\Windows\System32In the modem settings remove the Avaya TAPI driver and add it again the restart the telephony service, open the dialer.exe and see if "ip office Phone xxx" is there.
