Click Outlook Calendar and run MS Access Form

First, i put an work order appointment on the Outlook Calendar; input the work order number and the name of the customer.
I would like to click on said appointment and would like it to open an MS Access Form showing a Work Order Form for that certain customer and date/time. Does Outlook let you write a VB code to do this?
