Click and Drag

I have a form that has option buttons on it. When one option is chosen, I want to be able to click and drag a circle, or another option is an oval etc... The problem is... can you click and drag shapes at runtime? Please help me with this. TIA. PS. I can make fixed sized lines and circles, but I need click and drag interface.

Yes you can.
