I have a Definity G3 software ver 8.2. Is there any way I can capture the CLI information comming into our system pushed out to the console attendant or from ddi trunks, to a pc server or workstation.
I can get the info afterwards from cdr but need the CLI info before caller picks up.
Or do I need to get a CLan card along with the cost.
I am new to Definity's but they are excellent...
