Clearing Stored Passwords for OE

I have a problem. I reformatted my computer but now getting this please enter password on outlook express. I have cleared the passwords before but since forgotten how to do it. Anyone know how to get it where i dont have to put a password in every time i go to outlook express? I have clicked remember password a thousand times but it still prompts me for the password HELP!
