clear table - not delete

I want to be able to clear a table but leave the structure.

I have done this before but cant remeber how, I know i used a Macro but I cant see anything there to use now.

any help

In SQL I think it would be DELETE * FROM tblTableName

IN T-SQL you can use TRUNCATE TABLE, but this doesnt work in Access.

i remebered i used a Delete qry
