Clean Uninstall of Office2k

The best way to uninstall Office 2000 completely:
1. First use uninstall under Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
2. Next "nuke" the Microsoft Office folder under C:\Program Files.
3. Then run the office clean utility to remove any related dll's in the WINNT folder and the Registry entries. The office clean utility can be downloaded from Microsoft at
One word of caution: You may have to re-install other Microsoft products that may be resident on the system, such as Publisher, VB shtuff etc. Also, this clean utility should not be used on a server.
