I have three Citrix XP Servers in an NT 4.0 domain and need to upgrade at lease one domain controller to Active Directory. How does this effect my Citrix XP servers? Will there be a problem with the license server being setup as a DSL?

Make sure that the licensing server is on a bdc/pdc. In an AD environment the licensing server must be on one of those two. We had issues when new thin/fat clients tried to connect to a publish application. The application would not load and it will generate a log in the eventvwr under the system tab.

Also, if you have nt4.0 policies....they will not work. You will have to create a new GPO policy for your citrix environment. Create a OU for your Citrix environment and place all your Citrix servers under this OU.

Hope that helps.
