citrix server... not accepting connections

I have some users at our oversees location who are unable to open a published app on our Web Interface. They had been using NFuse15 to our old citrix server fine but they get errors on the new site.

They can login and see their apps but if they click on an app they get the following error "the citrix server you have selected is not accepting connections". I am able to login as them from my machine just fine and I have no complaints from our users at home. Any ideas???

What version of Citrix is running on your app server?

I traced it down to them blocking this port by ip address. They have made the necessary changes and it works fine.
