Citrix - Printing via Word VBA does not select paper trays

Hi there

In Word (2000) I have VBA print menus which select the correct paper trays depending upon the type of document to be printed. These work fine for non-Citrix users over network printing but Citrix user prints it just won't select any paper trays and everything comes out from tray. The driver is PCL6.

Has anyone come across this problem? If so, have you
resolved it and how?

Hi,

Try using the PCL 5e driver, we've found an issue with PCL6 drivers today, the 5e's fixed our problem!
