Citrix Metaframe and Windows 2000 DCOM errors

Currently I am constantly receving the following event in my application log.

Event 10002
Access denied attemoting to launch a DCOM server. The server is {00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
The user is Unavailable/Unavailable, SID=Unavailable.

Does anybody need know what this exactly means or what effect it has on Citrix ?

The event is occurring in the System Log, not the Application Log
