Citrix Metaframe 1.8 Win2K Server forgetting user settings in Office.. 2

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 Terminal Server, with Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 and the 2000 Update installed. upon each reboot of the server the user settings in Word and Excel are forgotten, settings like "TOOLS>OPTIONS>USER INFORMATION", and the File Location settings as well as the setting in "TOOLS>CUSTOMIZE>Menus show recently....Untick".

I have come up against a blank wall with M$ and Citrix and Thin Planet was no help either.

Has anyone here any ideas why my thin client users are having this loss of user info?

Did you use the terminal server transform file when installing Office? You have to install Office with a special setup for terminal servers.
