Citrix ICA client will not launch session

I am trying to connect to a Citrix server from both my corporate PC (WinXP Pro sp2), and my home PC (WinXP Home). On both machines, I double-click the icon, I get the status bar saying "Connection established... negotiating capabilities", but then nothing happens. No login prompt, no error message, nuthin! My coworker can log in fine, so I know it's not the server. What's stumping me is that it's the exact same thing on my work AND my home pc. I don't have any credentials saved, so I don't think my account could be locked out or anything, since it doesn't even know who I am yet.

What is your co-worker client pc? is this winxp as well, or 2000 professional?...if it is 2000 profesional, then that's your main answer. Licenses on your terminal serv 2003 if this is the case on which MF xp has been installed has run out of it's grace day period. Check the event viewer both syslog and apps log. If this is the case then you'll have to install 2003 terminal license on another member server or domain controller and point your citric terminal srv to this terminal licensing server after activation...

Sometimes, you just have to forget your head and grab your balls ...!

We both have the exact same OS (WinXP, sp2). I was able to remote desktop into the server, and noticed that all 15 TS licenses are taken (10 permanent, 5 temporary). A few of the temporary licenses have expiration dates that have passed already, is there any way to get the server to 'release' those so that other people can use them?

MetaFrame XP ver 1.00 (Build 1467, service pack 3)

I just upgraded my Citrix client to 9.0

And whaddya know, I just tried to connect again, and it let me in! Don't know what the difference is between today and yesterday, but at least it's working!

I checked my event logs, and there's nothing in there about being out of licenses or anything like that, so who knows.
