Citrix FR3 install guide

Can anyone let me know what's involved in upgrading to FR3 i.e. is it just a case of running the download and activating the license?
How do i go about setting up a test Citrix environment, how do you get around the licensing with this, do i use the same licenses?

FR3 is pretty easy - just run the setup and go.

As far as a test environment, just setup another server and assign that server 1-2 licenses from your pool.

Thanks for that, with the test server, do i set this up in the same farm or completely seperate to the main network?
