Does anyone know if there is anything special you have to do to get Citrix to auto-create a fax? Or if it even is supported?

What OS are you using?

I am not sure it is supported on anything eariler than W2003.

We tend to use GFI Fax for such solutions.....

It's w2003 but it doesn't work even if I do it straight from the box... ANy ideas?

Some of our clients are using Sirvisetti AutoFax.
It works very well in Citrix environment. Our customers are are very happy with Autofax.
