Hello,

I am trying to get my VPN client (CVPN 4.6) to get a multicast feed through a PIX 6.3, but do not seem to be able to get it done. I know that prior to 7.0, multicast is a problem, I saw a document on CCO about tunneling multicast traffic through the PIX by means of a GRE tunnel. Unfortunately, since my external users are using all kinds of access routers (most of them not Cisco), configuring a tunnel is not really possible, and would also not be very scalable.
Does anybody know how to get VPN clients to receive the multicast stream through the PIX 6.3 ?
Any help is much appreciated !

Regards,

Naz
