We're currently using a Cisco VPN3005 that is setup to use NT authetication to autheticate users against our domain controller. We're considering migrating to a Netware 6.5 or Linux platform. Can the VPN3005 authenticate against either of these systems?

Either, using RADIUS. For NW you'd need the Bordermanager product or you can download a RADIUS server for Linux. You could also look at TACACS with the Cisco ACS server, but I don't believe that it supports Netware.
