Good morning,

Setting up a couple of users with TTS. Set each user with our customer TTS class of service, have each integrated with the LDAP directory, selected to generate SMTP proxy address from corporate email address and finally, set up the Unified messaging account correctly. The WAV file emailed to the user successfully. They do not get a text file we are looking for. Licensing is not an issue. Any other step I might have missed to get TTS to work properly?

Thanks,

Soop

That's a different service. It usually goes through Nuance for transcription services. I don't recall the license to purchase but you'll need them. TTS is your external message option in your voicemail inbox that reads your email messages back to you.

Yep. We have about 20 or so license's for this. I have verified all the settings to sets that have working access to this feature. Just checking to see if there is any additional step to associate the licence with the extension.

what exactly are the 20 licenses you have? Can you post the exact license?
