Cisco Switch Bandwidth limit

cisco 2950T or any 2950 with EMI can handle port traffic limiting on ingress ports only and only on specific variables.
the cisco 3550 and cisco 3560 offers better control of bandwidth through policing. i would recommend the 3550 or 3560 with EMI if you can afford it.
