Hi everyone,
Here is the situation.
An employee down in Santa Clara is running DHCP off their Cisco router. The lease obtain on the IP address only last for 1 hour before it expires. Therefore, if she is working on our database server here in SF or connecting to our email server, she or the other staff in the Santa Clara office complains that it log thems out of email and other database server or unable to log into our server/network. They complain that they experiece it as high as 10x a day where they they get kick out, cannot login, or hangs. This also apply for our office in Fresno too.
Is there any way or article or setting up DHCP setting on on the Cisco router so that they have a longer lease for the DHCP IP address?
Thanks appreciate your response!!!
Love always,
