Hello all-

Hoping no one here holds residency in the North Eastern are ugh! just shoveled till my heart fell out! Anyway, can anyone explain to me the essence of policy maps? What are they used for? Are there only certain switches in which these maps will function? ie - just the 6500 series..

Are there other types of map commands utilized on Cisco routers? sorry gang, I'm just a CCNA and really having applied these maps.. ever!
