I'm looking to replace an aging IBM Network Dispatcher with a Cisco device primarily used for load-balancing external links and I'm not sure which to use.
From what I've read, Cisco Local Directors are coming to end-of-life so I'm not sure whether to go for a Cisco Router running IOS Server, a CSS of one form or another or something else.
Does anyone have any advice/recommendations/alternatives as to what to implement? I'd really appreciate the advice.
