Cisco Content Engines- Re-install..How?

We have several CDN devices: CE507s and CE560. Each have software issues that do not allow the system to boot, as such we can not repair or upgrade the devices. The CE560 gives an "Invalid Partion" error and the 507 says "No boot sector found". Our problem is documentaion on how to re-install the software can not be found in either the manuals, documentation on the CDs, or the website.

The CE-507 will boot into flash, but the CE-560 will not, even though we set it to boot to flash, diag, and none it is still booting only to the hard drive. What can we do to re-install the OS?
