Cisco Certification

Ok, however cisco has two different exams for the same certification, trying to figure-out which exam to study for.
500-051 is the uccx implementation exam
642-165 will identify you as a specialist and it's a harder cert than the above
CCENT is the cisco entry level network exam (100-101)
and the CCNA is above it.
You would need to determine your skills and choose the appropriate test. The descriptions of the tests and requiremenents are on cco.
