Can the CM do Callback to a external number? If I call offnet and the number is busy I hit my Callback softkey and when the number becomes availible it alerts me?

Hi,
I could be wrong but i'm fairly sure that call back is a function provided by your telco.
In order to be called back I suppose it depends on how calls are presented to the telco from your gateway (whether you have DIDs).
Just a few thoughts...
