Cisco Agent Desktop login failure

I setup a new agent and loaded the CAD but when that user tries to login on CAD it gives a screen saying that there is a configuration error and I need to associate the phone with the RM JTAPI provider user ID. Any ideas on how to correct this? New to the Cisco solution this is on UCCX 7.0. Any help on where to correct this would be much appreciated.

In call manager there should be an rmjtapi application user. You need to associate the mac address of the phone with that application user. That's how ccx controls the phone.
