Cisco 806 VPN configuration

Assuming you're happy looking at IOS configs, the following should point you in the right direction
CCNA, MCSE, Cisco Firewall specialist, VPN specialist, wannabe CCSP

I created the VPN and when i make a connection I get this error.

The length, 5338268, of the Mode Config option, , is invalid

Received malformed message or negotiation no longer active (message id: 0xE1BA55C2)
It shows that I have a VPN connection but I'm not able to ping or communicate to any hosts on the routers side.
